Meet the Administration
Mount Zion Christian Schools is a board-run school. With the rapid growth of our community, and the retirement of our Headmaster after 16 years at the helm, the board opted to move to a Dual Administrator model of leadership. The Principal is responsible for Academics, Faculty, and Guidance. The administrator is responsible for Finances, Facilities, and Staff and serves as our Athletic Director.
Kristen Stuart, holds a BA in English and Hebrew, and a M.Ed., in Secondary Education. She has been with Mount Zion since 2007 and has two sons who will have graduated from MZCS, classes of 2019 and 2020. She loves reading, being near the ocean whenever possible, spending time with her husband and children, and growing closer in her relationship with God.
Tim ShineAdministrator | Athletic Director
Tim Shine, holds a BA in Professional Aeronautics and is a 20 yr U.S. Air Force veteran. He has been with MZCS since 2018 and has two sons who attend Mount Zion. He loves to hunt, camp, hike and play basketball.
